Job Summary

Business Development Executive responsible for expanding Brown-Forman brands across On Premise and Off Premise customers in ANZ. Build and nurture strategic partnerships, prospect new opportunities, and execute trade strategies to grow premium brands in local markets. Key duties include managing in-store merchandising, POS placement, promotional displays, territory planning, performance analysis, and travel across designated regions. Requires 3-5 years in sales/business development, strong relationship-building, ability to adapt strategies to customer needs, and comfort with lifting/moving stock and materials to execute activations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • ability to travel as required
  • experience with On Premise and/or beverage alcohol industry preferred
  • strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • ability to develop territory plans and execute sales strategies
  • capacity to manage P&L, budget, and revenue optimization
  • demonstrated experience in in-store merchandising and POS activation
  • proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • ability to lift and move promotional materials and stock as needed
