Job Summary
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels while maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Create detailed business proposals, conduct presentations to explain services, and negotiate contracts to close deals and meet sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, keep abreast of industry trends, and maintain accurate CRM records of all activities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly. This full-time, office-based role requires a laptop and is located in an environment offering professional development and long-term growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 12th or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the digital marketing industry
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT & digital marketing services and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work from the office; remote work is not an option
- Laptop is mandatory
