Job Summary
Develop relationships with collection agencies and organizations by understanding their payment challenges and introducing Autoscribe's technology solutions. Conduct discovery conversations to map operational workflows, then build and maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce while representing the company at industry conferences. Learn and execute a consultative sales process with coaching from experienced leadership to achieve individual and team revenue goals. Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure prospects receive an exceptional experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years working in the accounts receivable management (ARM), collections, debt recovery, financial services, or payment processing industry
- Strong understanding of collection agency operations, payment workflows, compliance, or client relationships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn consultative selling
- Comfortable speaking with executives and operational leaders
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent industry experience to a Bachelor's degree
