Job Summary
Business Development Executive/Manager role based in Athens, Greece, focused on bringing in new business through outbound outreach, primarily via phone, email, and social touches. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting and promoting products/services through demos to prospective and existing partners, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha solutions with partner objectives. The role requires relationship building, organization, multitasking, and a curious mindset, with a track record of B2B sales success and bilingual fluency in Greek and English (plus another language). The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless partner experience and provide market feedback on ongoing industry trends. This is a fast-paced, autonomous role with KPIs tied to consistently achieving sales targets, and a willingness to engage in in-person meetings as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Fluency in Greek, English and another language
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is desirable
