Business Development Execution & Program Management

Execute and manage APJ Business Development initiatives by translating plans into tracked outcomes and establishing workstreams with clear milestones. Coordinate across BD, sales, partners, and GTM teams to ensure alignment, while providing regular status updates and risk visibility to senior leadership. Drive consistency in execution by tracking agreed expectations and timelines without duplicating leadership decision-making. This role supports the Hospitality GTM team to improve visibility and predictability of progress across markets. Work hybrid, averaging two days per week from an HPE office.
