Job Summary

Field Sales Events Executive role focused on lead generation, on-the-floor pitching at UK events, and partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential opportunities at external B2B events, approaching business owners to promote Tide’s platform, guiding prospects through on-site signup in collaboration with KYC/FinCrime teams, aggressively following up event-generated leads using CRM to maximize conversions, co-hosting internal events at Tide HQ, launching Tide Educational Online Events, and managing strategic partnerships with event organizers and SME networks. Also required are cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Affiliates, and Product teams, regional travel across the UK, data-tracking in CRM (Pipedrive) and Looker dashboards, and flexible hours to match event schedules. Strong face-to-face communication, time management, and familiarity with CRM tools, plus a UK driving licence (preferred). Hybrid and flexible working options with London HQ support.

Required Qualifications

  • proven face-to-face B2B or field sales experience
  • background in event coordination, experiential marketing, or financial products
  • full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • willingness to travel regularly
  • ability to pitch to business owners, negotiate with partners, and convert conversations into active Tide members
