Job Summary
Lead account development, design-in activities, and market break-in for various product lines across the Western US. Forecast and achieve monthly order targets while analyzing business performance and building a strategic sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals. Manage proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements and cross-functional input gathering, while fostering customer relationships in coordination with sales resources. Support the development of sales collateral, deliver sales training, and assist in trade show activities. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, especially time-sensitive customer and sales requests
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a focus on customer engagement
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, both domestically and internationally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)
- Defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in military and aerospace, or relevant industry
- Prior experience with Interconnect, Cable or Wire Harness assemblies
