Job Summary
The Business Development Director will develop and maintain business for a USDA-inspected meat processing plant, overseeing strategic planning, marketing, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on business growth and relationship building with farm-to-table producers. The ideal candidate has experience in meat processing and business management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively without losing quality of work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of/willingness to learn animal processing procedure
Desired Qualifications
