Job Summary
Lead and execute business development strategies across a mix of clients within the In-House team book. As a Director, drive growth in relationships with some of the largest advertisers worldwide. Develop and scale brand partnerships into multimillion-dollar accounts through strategic planning and hands-on execution. Craft and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with client objectives and drive long-term growth. Effectively communicate The Trade Desk’s value proposition through detailed product demonstrations and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand partnerships into multimillion-dollar deals
- Experience with Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for client objectives and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience at a DSP, SEM platform, ad network, or similar
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills
- Ability to present to C-level stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments with long sales cycles
