Job Summary
Develop and close defense/aerospace programs for clients by identifying prospects, building relationships, and shaping contract-winning proposals. Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, negotiate contract terms with stakeholders, and contribute to annual sales budgets and forecasts. Become a subject-matter expert on business products, processes, and operations while staying current on industry trends. The role emphasizes new business development, account growth, and leveraging capabilities with OEMs and Tier II/III defense contractors and DoD program offices. Remote work arrangement available for this senior leadership position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Significant experience in defense and aerospace industries
- Experience with United States Department of Defense programs
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C. §?6010.
