Job Summary
Role focuses on leading revenue across Kiln locations, developing regional go-to-market strategies, closing enterprise accounts, and driving upsell while partnering with community teams. Key responsibilities include revenue attainment across 5-8 locations, go-to-market execution, enterprise outreach, broker/partnership management, onboarding and retention initiatives, CRM data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Operations to optimize campaigns, pricing, and product feedback. Ideal candidate has 6+ years in business development or sales leadership, proven quota management across multiple locations, broker/venture group partnerships, strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred), and a passion for entrepreneurial communities and Kiln’s mission.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or multi-site revenue management
- proven success managing quotas and driving revenue growth across multiple locations or regions
- experience partnering with brokers, venture groups, or business associations
- familiarity with startup, technology, and business ecosystems
- exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- strong organizational skills and CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred)
- collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to coach and enable frontline teams
