Job Summary
Director of Business Development for QPS India leads growth by securing full-package BA/BE studies, derm safety studies, and stand-alone bioanalysis projects across North America, Israel, Asia, and Australia; relies on a sales-driven pipeline, RFPs/RFIs, contract negotiations, and high-level client partnerships, with travel 50%+ to NA, Europe, and India. The role focuses on building senior-level client relationships, coordinating with India operations to meet client requirements, and developing market opportunities, reporting to the General Manager of QPS India. A remote-based role (ideally on the U.S. East Coast).
Required Qualifications
- University/College degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales or operations
- Experience selling to Indian CROs from North America preferred
