Job Summary
Senior-level sales leadership role focused on achieving annual sales targets for assigned accounts within pharma/biotech services. Lead development of strategic account plans, manage and forecast pipeline in SFDC, and nurture high-value client relationships across a dynamic client base. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions, lead client engagements and presentations, organize client visits, and contribute to territory planning and margin discussions. Role requires strong commercial acumen, sophisticated relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles while partnering with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and drive multi-unit opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business field preferred
- 4+ years sales experience selling services to pharmaceutical/biotech sector or equivalent
- Demonstrated client retention skills
- Ability to manage difficult client and/or financial situations
- Ability to differentiate Fortrea from competitors
- Strong working relationship with internal Fortrea management and site leadership
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow client base
