Job Summary
Business Development Director responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding client relationships across construction, real estate, facility management, and property management divisions. Lead business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities, developing targeted growth strategies, and cultivating partnerships within the market. Work closely with division leadership to support client onboarding, pricing and contract discussions, and ensure a positive long-term client experience. Collaborate across divisions to identify cross-selling opportunities, support client retention, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at industry events and networking functions from the Medina, OH office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred
