Job Summary
Business Development Director, Cybersecurity leads and executes cybersecurity go-to-market and growth initiatives, builds relationships with senior executives (e.g., CISOs, CIOs), identifies target markets and accounts, drives pipeline through outbound and demand-generation activities, collaborates with Practice Leaders and industry leaders, coordinates with alliance and international partners, and contributes to revenue growth and brand positioning through strategic planning, CRM reporting, and pursuit strategy. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in BD/sales/market development, 3+ years selling cybersecurity services, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Eight (8) or more years of business development, sales, account management, or market development experience (required)
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting or selling cybersecurity services (required)
- Experience developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans (required)
- Experience managing sales pipeline, lead generation activity, and CRM reporting (required)
