Job Summary
Business Development Director for Cyber leads customer engagement and strategy within the Cyber Line of Business, develops and grows Invictus' presence in CNO-focused areas (VR, RE, Exploit Development, AI/ML, CND, RMF, Cross Domain Solutions), and maintains a robust opportunity pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with senior officials and IC stakeholders, leading gate reviews and proposal reviews, coordinating with the cyber LoB operations team, and representing the team at business development meetings. Requires strong ability to translate technical requirements into solutions, navigate the government contracting landscape, and manage a multi-billion-dollar pipeline; candidates should have TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility and possess leadership in business development within the intelligence community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the intelligence community
- at least three (3) years directly conducting business development
- Previous experience in the CNO market space required
- Comfortable speaking within customer spaces and interacting with personnel on all levels
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships as the "go to" partner for difficult problems within customer spaces
- The ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solution elements
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to "Blackhat" competitors
- Extensive knowledge of government contracting, acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors
- The ability to manage a qualified pipeline of more than $1 billion
- Ideal candidate will have an operational/mission background and experience
- Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain an SCI and CI polygraph
