Job Summary
Business Development Director to drive revenue in North American territory for Flywheel’s Content Operations offerings. Responsibilities include developing and executing a consultative sales strategy, actively prospecting and building a qualified pipeline, managing complex sales cycles from initial engagement to close, building comprehensive pitch decks, and collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and client services to articulate value and use cases. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, a hunter mentality in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel. The role supports hybrid work arrangements with locations in the US and Canada, and involves working toward revenue growth for targeted brands within Flywheel’s Content Operations capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience selling mid-market to enterprise solutions into large companies
- experience managing external relationships with executives
- comprehensive understanding of end-to-end sales process
- ability to travel as needed
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- comfortable analyzing dashboards and using Excel formulas and pivot tables
