Job Summary
The Business Development Director is responsible for leading the strategy and executing plans in specific vertical markets or geographical areas to generate new revenue. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling Citron Hygiene products to prospects, managing existing client relationships, utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in a major account environment, advanced sales skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of a proven track record within a national/major account environment of driving revenue growth through new logo acquisitions.
- Must hold a valid Driving License and travel locally to attend meetings.
- Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in commerce and/or business studies preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience is preferred.
- Must be legally entitled to work at the specified location/region without requiring any sponsorship.
- Conditional to a satisfactory background check.
Desired Qualifications
- Industry relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual is an asset but not mandatory.
