Job Summary
The Business Development Director at Citron Hygiene is responsible for leading strategy, executing plans for new revenue in specific vertical markets, and managing customer accounts. This role involves presenting and selling hygiene products, maintaining client relationships, and utilizing Salesforce CRM for tracking sales activities. Candidates should possess advanced sales skills and experience in account management. A bachelor's degree in commerce or business studies is preferred, and candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Bilingual abilities are an asset but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of a proven track record within a national/major account environment of driving revenue growth through new logo acquisitions
- Must hold a valid Driving License and travel locally to attend meetings
- Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in commerce and/or business studies preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience is preferred
- Must be legally entitled to work at the specified location/region without requiring any sponsorship
- Conditional to a satisfactory background check
