Job Summary
Director of Business Development leading office/industry BD strategy and revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing the office/industry business development plan with Practice Leaders, identifying target markets and clients, coordinating cross-selling and key account programs, collaborating with principals and Marketing, managing lead generation activities (cold calling, telemarketing, direct mail, email campaigns, webinars, networking, sponsorships, referrals), tracking pipeline and BD metrics, contributing to go-to-market strategy, pursuing opportunities through pursuit strategy and proposals, leveraging CRM and national programs, and traveling as necessary to participate in events or sales calls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Five (5) or more years of business development experience in a professional services environment or industry relevant firm, required; OR Seven (7) or more years of business development experience in a professional services environment or industry relevant firm with a High School Diploma/GED, required
