Job Summary

Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion. Manage practice-specific events, webinars, and sponsorships by handling logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting. Assist with developing customized pitch materials, presentations, and RFP responses in collaboration with attorneys. Coordinate directory and award submissions such as Chambers and Legal 500 by drafting narratives and managing timelines. Conduct basic research on industries and competitors to synthesize actionable summaries for the Business Development team. Maintain marketing collateral, brochures, and website content while building relationships with attorneys to gather information and serve as a point of contact. Draft internal and external communications including press releases and newsletters. Update experience databases and deal tracking systems to support business development efforts. Manage referral tracking and documentation to ensure accurate records and periodic reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Pay range $27.50–$41.30 per hour in Illinois.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, communications, or professional services

Desired Qualifications

  • law firm experience preferred
  • Growing knowledge of legal industry marketing practices, including directories, rankings and legal media
  • Experience with Foundation, Qorus Docs and AI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365
