Job Summary
Business Development Coordinator to support local and national marketing and business development initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating BD efforts with practice groups and firm marketing, assisting with administrative tasks (invoicing, vendor relations, membership management, scheduling), shaping webinar programs (scheduling, descriptions, production, post-event follow-up), planning and executing events and conferences (budgeting, site selection, vendor coordination, booth logistics, on-site support), managing promotional items and inventory, supporting internal communications, researching and pursuing new business opportunities, coordinating rankings submissions (e.g., Chambers), and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Requires 2-3 years marketing experience, strong written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel occasionally for events; proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing tech/tools; willingness to work in a hybrid role from Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Miami, or Tampa.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience
- strong written communications skills
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to travel occasionally for onsite events
- ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, social media tools)
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives in a law firm or professional services setting (preferred)
