Job Summary
Develop and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted-living facilities, physician groups, and community organizations); conduct on-site visits, Lunch-and-Learns, presentations, and networking events to build trust and visibility; educate stakeholders on how Home Helpers DuPage improves outcomes and lowers readmissions; collaborate with marketing to craft brochures and digital content; monitor market trends and referral conversion data; generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and community outreach; partner with care coordination for seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction; maintain CRM notes for team alignment; hit monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets; frequent local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ success in business development, sales, or community outreach—healthcare or home-care industry strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who loves setting strategies and executing the details
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Reliable transportation for frequent local travel; valid driver’s license
