Job Summary
Drive growth for Shalom Family Care by identifying and targeting referral sources (hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, physicians) and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations. Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency’s client base, educate referral sources on services, collaborate with the marketing team to create effective materials, track market trends and performance, generate and qualify leads through channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media, and ensure smooth client transitions through close collaboration with the care coordination team. Maintain detailed CRM records and consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable transportation for travel to various locations
