Business Development Consultant

Hybrid Business Development Consultant responsible for selling a full suite of digital marketing and print advertising solutions to SMEs across Inverclyde, Ayrshire, and wider Scotland. Role involves a blend of telephone, virtual, and face-to-face client meetings, building and managing a pipeline of prospects, delivering consultative, solution-led sales, and achieving revenue targets. You will work with local media brands (Greenock Telegraph, Renfrewshire Gazette, Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald) and collaborate with the Greenock office, combining office, home, and field-based activity. Requires strong B2B sales, digital marketing knowledge (paid social, display, video, websites), outbound lead generation, relationship-building, and effective pipeline/time management. Driving licence and vehicle essential for regular client meetings across the territory; hybrid work arrangement with one day in the office per week.
