Job Summary
Generate demand for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients to qualify opportunities and build a high-quality pipeline for the sales organization. Demonstrate strong discipline in working toward metrics, targets, and structured processes while maintaining accurate CRM documentation. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, with advanced Spanish proficiency and intermediate to advanced English. Candidates must possess genuine interest in cloud technology, including databases, artificial intelligence, or infrastructure, and demonstrate resilience in handling objections during consultative conversations. Success is measured by the depth and quality of opportunity qualification, meeting conversion rates, and sustained achievement of quarterly targets.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or inside sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and lead consultative conversations
- Strong discipline in working toward metrics, targets, and structured processes
- Advanced Spanish proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced English

- Familiarity with or interest in cloud infrastructure, databases, or artificial intelligence
