Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Present and promote our training offerings, develop strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing and HR to deliver comprehensive solutions. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new business, and stay ahead of industry trends. Requires 5+ years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is a permanent, full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Diploma in Marketing or related
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a focus on targets and growth
