Job Summary
Identify and secure B2B partnerships and contracts with senior care, healthcare, and community organizations throughout San Diego County. Prospect facilities, visit decision-makers, and present adaptive fitness programs to develop a pipeline of prospective organizational partners. Coordinate demonstrations, negotiate opportunities, and maintain consistent follow-up until partnership agreements are signed. Manage CRM records of prospects, meetings, and proposals while providing weekly updates on outreach activity and contract opportunities. Travel throughout San Diego County to conduct in-person facility visits and attend networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Confident approaching organizations and senior-level decision-makers
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and in-person facility visits
- Ability to independently develop leads and create new partnership opportunities
- Persistence and comfort with a longer B2B sales cycle requiring multiple follow-ups
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Organization and ability to manage multiple prospective partnerships simultaneously
- Comfort maintaining CRM records and reporting business development activity
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout San Diego County
