Job Summary
The Business Development & Community Engagement Coordinator at Chrysalis fosters connections between the organization, community partners, and employer referrals while providing crucial client support and job placement services. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, program, and/or administrative experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Salesforce, and Google suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals who have been affected by the criminal justice system and/or individuals who have experienced homelessness
- Experience in community engagement and outreach
