Job Summary
Develop and grow a new commercial landscape book of business in Vacaville/Fairfield from the ground up, serving as the face of the branch to commercial property managers, HOAs, retail centers, and industrial properties. Build relationships in the field, measure properties, develop proposals for landscape maintenance and enhancements (including irrigation, tree care, seasonal color, and property improvements), own the customer relationship from sale through ongoing account growth, and drive pipeline activity with CRM tracking. Expect a home-office setup with travel across the Vacaville/Fairfield market, and a compensation package consisting of base salary plus commissions with total OTE expectations; leverage a proven platform leveraged across markets and contribute to branch expansion under Sacramento leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in outside sales, account management, territory growth, or business development selling to commercial customers
