Job Summary
Business Development professional needed to expand Commercial Landscape Services in the Northeast Atlanta market (Braselton, Lawrenceville, Winder, South Gainesville area). Drive revenue by identifying and securing new commercial clients such as property managers of HOAs, distribution centers, and corporate campuses, selling landscaping maintenance and sustainable enhancements. Responsibilities include prospecting, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Requires 3+ years of B2B sales, a proven sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an independent, hunter mindset. The role offers a compensation package with commissions and benefits, and an untapped expansion territory with a flexible schedule featuring occasional weekly sales meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscaping, property services, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in the Atlanta commercial real estate market a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
