Job Summary

Primarily responsible for lead generation and appointment scheduling to support sales and service goals at Gwinnett Place Honda. Responsible for answering inbound calls using a pre-set script, scheduling sales or service appointments, logging customer comments in the dealership management system, following up on no-shows, and maintaining an organized workflow. Ensures appointments are posted and tracked, coordinates with sales/service to determine outcomes, and communicates with customers via email and phone to schedule visits. Maintains CSI standards, adheres to company policies and safety rules, supports training, and upholds the dealership’s core values, including servant leadership, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. Must be able to understand and follow instructions, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and handle routine data entry and timekeeping. This role typically requires regular attendance, with potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and involves continuous interaction with customers and dealership personnel in the Business Development Center.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service and/or business development experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Automobile Salesperson License
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Experience with Dealership Management System (DMS) or similar CRM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to schedule and confirm appointments; maintain appointments calendar
  • Ability to log and update customer data in database
  • Attention to detail and timekeeping accuracy
