Job Summary
Answer incoming telephone calls, greet visitors, and process sales inquiries, showroom requests, and internet queries. Coordinate service appointments with advisors, manage paperwork and documentation, and follow up with prospective customers via email. Support online shoppers by setting appointments and maintain an owner follow-up system to drive repeat business. Continually learn product updates, features, inventory, and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction. Establish personal productivity goals, complete management reports, and attend required training sessions. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a helpful attitude while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- some post-secondary education or training
- previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
- a working knowledge of automotive sales/service
- a pleasant and courteous personality
- strong administrative and organizational skills
- strong phone and computer skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be engaging, inquisitive, curious with a over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude

Desired Qualifications
- Business Development Representative experience
- 3-6 months of previous professional experience with over-the-phone customer service or sales (Inside Sales, Telemarketing, etc)
- Automotive experience
- Internet Sales experience
- Bilingual
