Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate service appointments for customers contacting the dealership via phone or internet. Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately while utilizing CRM software to manage inquiry flow and update customer files. Complete quotes, return voicemails, and perform administrative functions to follow up with existing and potential customers for appointment generation. Stand and walk regularly while performing duties that require close vision and basic lifting up to five pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand and walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must have close vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with VinSolutions
- Experience with XTime
