Job Summary
Bid Writer within Avove's Work Winning team, responsible for producing high-quality, customer-focused bid content for major UK and Ireland frameworks. Lead answer planning with SMEs and bid teams, embed tailored win themes and strategic messaging, and select/update case studies to strengthen bids. Collaborate with internal reviewers and graphic designers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual coherence across bid materials. Develop and maintain a central library of reusable content, standardise templates, and leverage feedback, reviews, and AI tools to improve bid quality and efficiency. Strong written communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines are essential to drive win rates and work growth.
Required Qualifications
