Job Summary
Partner with Wealth Directors to lead sales meetings, prioritize client and prospect interactions, and manage the sales pipeline. Coordinate follow-up actions from meetings, prepare for presentations, and research markets to identify new client acquisition opportunities. Serve as a key stakeholder in the RFP process, track collaboration tools, and support prospecting efforts through market research. Assist with the account opening process, cash flow analysis, and fee analysis while building and expanding the COI network for lead generation. Coordinate office events and sponsorship approvals, tracking ROI and follow-up. Work out of the Atlanta, GA office four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years' experience within the finance industry
- Prior client service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects with prompt follow through in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player mentality / collaborative attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Superior telephone etiquette with the ability to communicate directly with clients (HNW Investors) and senior leaders
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work out of our Atlanta, GA office four days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in writing and responding to RFPs / RFIs a plus
- Experience maintaining a data repository a plus
- AI research experience a plus
