Job Summary
Business Development Associate focused on the retail sector responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building a strong pipeline, and driving new customer acquisition. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation through cold calling and networking, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams, conducting market research and competitive analysis, tracking customer interactions in HubSpot, and attending industry events. Must drive quarterly/annual sales and revenue goals, maintain relationships with customers and partners, and travel as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree and practical sales experience in relevant industries; strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of HubSpot/ZoomInfo preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Must have practical sales experience, preferably in food/meat processing, industrial processing, personal protection equipment, or plant operating supplies.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
