Job Summary
Identify and develop relationships with prospective referral sources within assigned markets while researching healthcare providers and organizations. Promote APAC's services to educate partners on treatment options and build strong connections with existing community providers. Develop and execute networking, marketing, and community outreach initiatives, coordinating calendars for events and collaborating with internal teams to support participation. Monitor feedback, track outreach activity and goals, and evaluate market opportunities to recommend strategies for strengthening community presence. Represent the organization professionally at meetings and activities in a primarily remote environment, working Monday through Friday with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, customer service, fundraising, or a related field
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to confidently communicate with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
- 90% Remote / 10% On-Site
Desired Qualifications
- Previous healthcare business development or marketing experience
- Experience developing marketing campaigns or communications initiatives
- Experience coordinating events or community outreach programs
- Knowledge of public relations, networking, and fundraising strategies
- Experience with professional networking and community relationship development
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
