Job Summary
Business Development Associate in Mexico City for Ideals VDR, a contract role on the Field Sales team focused on outbound prospecting, new customer acquisition, pipeline management, and closing deals with key accounts in Finance, Banking, and related sectors in the Mexico market. The role requires 1-2 years of closing experience in B2B or professional services, strong communication skills to engage decision-makers, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Remote-first flexibility is offered. Responsibilities include building relationships, delivering against sales targets, managing the pipeline, contributing to Mexico sales/marketing strategy, coordinating events, presenting product offerings, negotiating and closing, sharing customer insights with product/CS teams, and collaborating with Inside Sales to grow revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a full 360 closing role in B2B or professional services
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to engage with decision-makers
- Track record of pipeline management and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and Spanish
