Job Summary
Business Development Associate responsible for outbound prospecting to US long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and senior living communities, with a focus on scheduling qualified appointments for US-based sales teams. Key duties include market research to identify potential facilities, heavy outbound cold calling to generate leads and build an institutional sales pipeline, outbound calls to facility administrators and healthcare decision-makers to introduce specialized pharmacy services, securing commitments to schedule introductory meetings, and collaborating with US sales, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments. Requires effective CRM usage, strong communication to navigate gatekeepers, and a customer-service mindset. Prior experience with US healthcare or B2B medical sales is preferred. Office is onsite in Cebu City, Philippines, with a 9:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule; relocation support is provided. Salary is disclosed in PHP with bonuses and benefits; includes paid training, holidays, PTO, health and life insurance, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- At least college-level education
- At least 1 year of outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience (either BPO or non-BPO sales)
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to navigate gatekeepers in institutional settings
