Job Summary
Source and manage acquisition opportunities from inception to completion, including lead generation, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and securing investment approvals. Identify vertical market software businesses aligned with strategic metrics, maintain a proprietary database, and nurture relationships with business owners, shareholders, and intermediaries. Progress opportunities through the pipeline while collaborating with the M&A team to prepare internal investment presentations and reports. Gather and analyze target company financial information, manage transactions from initial evaluation through integration, and work with cross-functional experts on each deal. This role supports a large, publicly traded software company specializing in B2B acquisitions and global capital deployment.
