Job Summary

Identify, engage potential clients across global markets; consult on eCommerce and digital growth strategies to enhance client online performance; manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposals, pitching, and closure; develop customized client proposals and presentations; collaborate with marketing, technology, and delivery teams to tailor solutions; define and support execution of clients’ overall eCommerce growth roadmap; maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve quarterly business goals; track sales data, trends, and performance metrics using CRM tools; stay updated on market developments and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute (IIMs, IITs, FORE, IMT, NMIMS, etc.)
  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Inside Sales, or Client Engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • High sense of ownership, motivation, and resilience to meet targets
