Job Summary
Business Development Associate to assist the Sales Manager in administrative duties for selling billboard advertisements. Responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, preparing and submitting RFPs, coordinating billboard locations or other advertising solutions, maintaining weekly market numbers and revenue reports, processing contracts and invoices, coordinating artwork with agencies/art department, coordinating installation with Operations, delivering Proof of Performance photos, and maintaining a detailed internal customer database. Requires strong organizational, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; knowledge of basic media planning and Out of Home advertising terminology is a plus. Office-like environment with moderate noise; physical duties may include light lifting. Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience; five years of related experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; plus two years of related experience including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting
- Five years of related experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment; Internet browsers; email to send and receive correspondence
- Strong written/verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of basic media planning terminology; knowledge of Out of Home (OOH) dictionary a plus
