Job Summary
Provide proactive service and support to contractor/supplier clients; conduct training on ISN products via phone, web-based, and face-to-face meetings; participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects; handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems; manage client accounts including invoicing and collections; analyze customer service processes and suggest improvements; develop resources and reference materials for clients; ideal candidate has strong verbal/written communication, bilingual ability, and a commitment to starting in Customer Service with a path to B2B sales; 8-week in-person training in Dallas, with ongoing in-person attendance required after 90 days in the UK and US offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12-24 months
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
