Job Summary
Local in-person Business Development Representative in Central New Jersey focused on building relationships with local businesses, property managers, realtors, contractors, moving companies, storage facilities, senior living communities, and other referral sources. Responsibilities include face-to-face networking and relationship building, in-person visits and meetings, phone outreach, email and social media communication, pipeline management, attending networking events, updating CRM, and generating weekly sales/activity reports. Must be comfortable meeting clients in person, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated and highly organized, and have reliable transportation. Local candidate preferred with experience in sales, business development, customer service, or marketing. Proficiency with social media and basic computer applications, plus familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, is preferred. Base salary starts at $250/week plus commission and bonuses; in-person meetings with clients and partners are a regular expectation.
