Job Summary
Fully onsite Business Development Associate role serving as the first point of contact to SMB clients; responsibilities include gathering leads, conducting cold calls, scheduling appointments, collecting business information, inputting data into databases, analyzing pricing using credit card processing statements, following up on opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, developing a payment strategy, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Requires Mandarin-Chinese bilingual proficiency and a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Compensation includes a base hourly rate during probation ($27) increasing to $30 after probation, with benefits and uncapped commissions in a fintech environment.
