Job Summary
Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business with small-to-medium-sized business owners. Engage conversations by introducing credit card processing solutions, obtaining client financial data for pricing analysis, and inputting lead information into databases. Manage the business pipeline, develop payment strategies, and follow up with potential clients to meet and exceed required sales targets. This fully onsite role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese and a drive to develop negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field
- Previous sales or customer service experience
