Job Summary
Business Development Associate to grow a defined market/territory through strategic sales activities and marketing of Angels of Care services. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, referral coordinators, physicians) and promote services via community engagement, sales calls, recruiting events, and marketing campaigns. Ensure seamless start of care (SOC) and ongoing service excellence through effective onboarding support, client communications, and post-onboarding follow-up. Represent the agency at job fairs and community outreach, monitor territory performance, and maintain accurate referral-source activity logs using KanTime or similar CRM platforms and the AOC APP. Maintain an active presence on social platforms in alignment with HALOS values and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, client relations, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
