Job Summary
Support the Investment Advisor team in the Wood Gundy brokerage by handling administrative tasks, lead generation, and client engagement for high-net-worth accounts. Responsibilities include cold-calling potential clients to book financial reviews with Investment Advisors, generating leads and opportunities through prospecting, scheduling and coordinating seminars (marketing approvals, room bookings), and providing ongoing updates on client leads. Assist in directing assets into suitable financial products based on client risk tolerances, maintaining compliance in client dealings and files, and enhancing client relationships through proactive service. Maintain proactive communication with the IA team, help grow the sales pipeline, and contribute to relationship-building and brand awareness in the local market. On-site part-time work Monday–Friday with an hourly pay range of $25.00–$27.55; compensation demonstrated within a structured progression framework.
