Job Summary
Answer inbound sales and service calls, make outbound calls to internet leads and showroom traffic, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text. Schedule and confirm appointments while following scripts to ensure consistent communication and accurate information gathering. Record all interactions in the CRM system, maintain knowledge of dealership products and promotions, and collaborate with sales and service teams for smooth hand-offs. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and contact goals to support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the phone or computer
- Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 15 lbs)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous call center, BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and active listening ability
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude
